Affordable Therapy Services Affordable therapy sessions are available at IO, PLLC and are provided by our highly trained Doctoral Interns, MSW Interns, Marriage and Family Therapy Interns, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Interns, Addictions Counseling Interns, Mental Health Counseling Interns, and Associate Licensed Counselors.

All services are delivered under the supervision of Dr. McIlwaine through our Clinical Training Internship and Supervision Program. This program was developed to offer high-quality clinical care at a reduced rate while supporting the professional growth of graduate-level students and early-career clinicians.

Session Rates: $125 for a 60-minute individual session (weekly)

$150 for a 60-minute couples session

These services are ideal for individuals seeking consistent, professional care at an affordable cost. All clinicians participating in the program are well-trained and available to provide ongoing weekly sessions.

Our interns are currently enrolled in accredited Master’s and Doctoral programs and are actively developing advanced clinical skills in areas including: Child and adolescent counseling Marriage and family therapy Domestic violence Substance use treatment Anger and stress management Conflict resolution Mental health and behavioral disorders Interns and associate-level clinicians are available year-round to provide counseling services at these rates, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for our clients.

Affordable Counseling with Associate Licensed Clinicians

We offer affordable counseling services provided by LCMHC-A and LCAS-A clinicians who are trained professionals working under clinical supervision.

Teletherapy services are also available, offering convenient and flexible access to care from the comfort of your home.
