Private Practice Opportunity (NO Current Availability)

We are looking for therapists that are interested in going into private practice work and need or want assistance with getting established.  We have a strong referral base and you can be added to insurance panels IO,PLLC is currently contracted.  Insightful Options, PLLC is a successful small practice that was established in 2006, re-located to the Dilworth Office- Charlotte in 2009.  We moved in 2017 to 615 East 6th Street in The Carole Hoefener Community Center in Uptown Charlotte.  We started providing counseling services in 2009 in South Carolina and opened an additional office in Fort Mill SC in 2013.  We are looking to expand services and locations in the near future as well as we have a large population that we currently serve and would to like to expand in our populations served as well. 

Although we are looking to the expansion and growth of IO, PLLC, we are looking for serious professionals that are committed to the company's growth as well as your own personal/professional growth in a family-orientated environment.

 
We have a convenient office in The Carole Hoefener Community Center in Uptown Charlotte.  Insightful-Options, PLLC has a prime location with many local restaurants all in walking distance.  In our office,  we give associates full access to printers and we have Wi-Fi capabilities for associates and visiting guest/clients, cable TV in the lobby, and a group room as well as larger conference rooms in the building.  Our associates have full access to the building and office 24 hours a day including weekends and 24 hour security monitoring.  In the office, associates will have shared offices with keys for access in and about the offices.  We have convenient customer parking in front of the building.  Insightful Options, PLLC also has a substantial community presences, web presences and the relationships that will ensure referrals to assist each associate with continuing to build a successful practice within a practice.  Our website can feature each independent associate individually and professionally on the IO Team.  With the office space provided, Insightful Options, PLLC ensures a comfortable setting to conduct business in a peaceful environment.    

We offer flexibility in office hours. 

Clinical Internship (NO Current Availability)

We accept two masters level interns to provide office support, marketing assistance for planned marketing events and clinical support on a daily basis.  Interns must be enrolled in a traditional graduate program setting, able to work 20-40 hours per week and have an interest in clinical counseling in the private practice setting.  Must have proof of student malpractice insurance.
